Subprocessors

To support the delivery of our Services and the operation of our Websites, Ennote Security Inc. ("Ennote Security", "we", "us", "our") may engage and use third-party service providers and data processors (each, a "Third-Party Service Provider"). Some of these providers, specifically when processing Customer Data on our behalf to deliver our core Services, are termed "Subprocessors".

This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of these key Third-Party Service Providers.

  • "Customer Data" means any personal data that Ennote Security processes on behalf of its Customers in the course of providing the core Ennote Security Services.
  • "Website Visitor Data" refers to data collected from visitors interacting with our public Websites (e.g., ennote.io marketing pages).

Atlassian (Jira Service Management)Used for customer support services, issue tracking, and knowledge base management. Customer Data may be processed when Customers or Users submit support requests or interact with our support portals.United States

As Ennote Security’s business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. Ennote Security will endeavor to provide its Customers with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required contractually or by applicable law, along with posting such updates here.
